Of course, Fi! Thanks so much for your comment and sharing what you need for yourself the most. I'm there with you as I let my excuses put my own health on the back burner. No more as I intentionally fit in workouts, parking farther to get more steps in, and taking the stairs to boost my cardio. Might not seem much, but these little shifts in choices tell myself that my health matters.
Not all changes need to be big massive shifts, sometimes the smallest little ones can make the biggest difference in the long term.
