Your “Work OS” is your personal operating system—that internal system behind how you prioritize tasks, manage your time, focus your energy, and follow through.
Most entrepreneurs never stop to examine theirs.
They build their business by default, based on urgency, habit, or external pressure—until their systems start to break down or no longer fit who they’ve become. Just like an old computer, their OS starts to feel clunky, overwhelming, or completely out of sync with how they want to work.

Love this, Kat! I'm so ready to dive in. I've also realised that my 4-day week equivalent looks like 5-6 half-days, I think. It's nice knowing what works best for us, but chronic pain/fatigue/stress means most full days are off the cards, at least for now!
